- Creation of a full design proposal
- Technical drawings for the design and construction
- Schedule of works, specification and costing
- Collaboration with contractors and consultants - architects, engineers, craftsmen and specialists
- Project management and overseeing of works
This represents a project from start to completion, but I am happy to provide any of these stages independently.
Fees
Services are charged at an hourly rate. A fee proposal can be presented once the scope of the project and services required have been ascertained.
